I'm an atheistic agnostic with a particularly religious background.
Raised a southern baptist, I was sent off by bus three times a week during my childhood. I was part of the "memorize now, never ask questions" crew.
When I achieved a majority age, I thought to seek the source and became a Catholic. In doing so, I became not only a tertiary Benedictine, but a catechist and PSR instructor as well. I am VERY well versed in the theistic views.
When my husband died, I was rather released to be who I was in whatever form I chose.
I chose atheist intellectual. I wear it well.
