Detoxification and "flushing" stuff out of the body is unsubstantiated woo-woo. A bit of lemon juice in the morning doesn't contain an enormous amount of Vitamin C, and even so the claims as to what Vitamin C can actually do
are for the most part unsubstantiated by actual research.
The part about "negatively charged ions" is pure, unadulterated crap. Get thee hence to a chemistry site and learn how "negatively charged ions" react with other chemicals. (Let's just say that they don't hold their "charge" any longer than they have to.)
And don't even get Me started on body pH, liver enzymes, the lymphatic system, or weight loss.
