Texas Freethought convention Nov 14
« on: September 14, 2009, 08:27:08 AM »
This year the Texas Freethought Convention will be in San Antonio.  Put Saturday, Nov 14 on your calendar.  Cost is $25 (Students $20).

Last year's in Austin was lots of fun, and it looks like we've caught the attention of the big names.  Victor Stenger will be the keynote speaker this year!

Also in the lineup:
  • Kathleen Johnson (VP, American Atheists)
  • Dan Barker (Co-President, Freedom From Religion Foundation)
  • Stuart Bechman (President, Atheist Alliance International).

I stopped believing for a little while this morning. Journey is gonna be so pissed when they find out...

Does the website designer realize it's not 1996?  ;)

How odd.  Your post from this morning did not appear in my Show New Replies.  Oh well.

Anyway, cheesy web page graphics notwithstanding, you gonna show up?  We WWGHA denizens need to represent.

I'm thinking about it.

I might go. I'm only a stones throw away from Texas.  ;)

It is fairly close to me, but I work Saturdays and Sundays...  :'(
