You are mixing things in Islam
Islam has huge teachings not just that, I think it can reach 100s of thousands
but basically it is 2 branches, then it branches out of them into many levels

1-Belief in
  1.1 God
  1.2 Angels
  1.3 His Books
  1.4 Prophets
  1.5 Day of justice
  1.6 Faith and Destiny

2-Practice
 2.1 Shihadaa (Declare and say that there is no God but Allah and MOhamed is his messenger)
 2.2 Pray 5 times a day
 2.3 Zakaat (Charity)
 2.4 Fast in Ramadan
 2.5 Haj to Mecca


Then there are almost teachings for everything in life

Beside those 6 beliefs and 5 practices
You can be a Muslim without doing any other thing or refrain from anything
