I love your book, and I would like to support it in whatever way I can.  Is
it available for purchase?  If so, please let me know where to buy it.  If
not, I think it would be a great idea to publish and sell it.  Excellent
work!

Months ago I read everything on this site and watched the videos etc.,  so far, I have never been asked for money, isn't that refreshing?

I have been down that road before, I don't care to do it again.  Sometimes I shake my head and roll my eyes at my own ridiculous behavior, what was I thinking?
