I have bumped into your site and would just like to say that I and two others
prayed with a guy 2 months ago in Mansfield. He had cut his left-hand fingers
off with a circular saw and they'd been reattached 7 years ago. He too was
convinced that God could/would do nothing to heal him. As we prayed, the colour
came back into his hand- digits 3-5 freed up alot or were completely healed. The
digit 2 improved only slightly.
This is of course impossible, but the impossible has never stopped God!
I also prayed with a guy whose shoulder was dislocated and who had several
broken tendons. The shoulder moved back to the correct place and the pain
stopped. It's not fully healed in that it can still dislocate, but (according to
the guy) it is much better than it was.
I would love to see God do more miracles, but the issue can often be one of
faith. Jesus himself is recorded as being unable to do many miracles when he
visited his home town because of their lack of faith. I struggle to have faith
that God will heal an amputation, whereas I am more comfortable with other healings.
