that is not nuclear lighthouse in the picture.

ususly they used RTG generators to power small autonomous lighthouses but radioactive materials was depleted and they forgot where they left that stuff.
these lighthouse do not have reactors, so they are actually safe and unsuitable for making nuclear weapons, except possible small radioactive contamination.

sometimes  metal collectors pick up these and sell them
