I may or may not be going to the March for Science in Washington DC.  Many all over the world.  Anyone going?

No. But it's not because I don't want to. If they have one nearer to me I'll go if I can get the time off work.

It helped me, so thank you. And yes, I would very much like to go to my local march.

well, it seems like a virus may be going to prevent my attendance with my husband catching what I had last week (yay, alkaselzer cough and cold).  I'll have to take a picture of me in my pink hat.

Too bad, Velkyn.  We'll see if we can get The Donald to sign a " please impeach me, I hate this job" hat for you.

CSPAN had 4 hour of coverage on this.  Fun to watch.  It's was amusing that the show right after this was angry white men from the Heritage Foundation and the Discovery Institute (creationists) whining from a show evidently recorded last Wednesday in front of a near empty auditorium.   Quite a juxtaposition.

various photos on the march's facebook: https://www.facebook.com/marchforscience

wish we could have gone.  Would have hated to infected anyone.

Will try to post some pics. Fun time.  Rain but we need it.

https://m.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=1623785360968905&id=100000123694757&set=a.516815024999283.130892.100000123694757&source=48

got an error for the link.  it seemed like a pretty generic one.

poor cold-suffering spouse said that he saw a good sign when he was looking around the internet at march photos "We knew it was going to rain because of SCIENCE!"  :)   And "The march would have been twice as big if the control group didn't have to stay home. "
