10 questions [#759]
« on: December 02, 2008, 06:57:06 PM »

I didn’t want to publicly comment on your video for privacy reasons however I feel overwhelmingly compelled to thank you for making and posting “10 Questions”. You have so eloquently communicated exactly what I’ve been saying (to friends and family) for years. Bravo my friend.
And Thank You

Why not drop by the forum, man or woman?
If we come together and do not fight over religion, class and borders then we hold the key to a peaceful world. There are two possible futures in store; either a March of power and greed or a March of a unified human race.

There's lots of good things out there.

There is a book related to this site -- http://godisimaginary.com.  It's even getting a few more items added to it over the coming weeks.

Here's another small sample of what's out there;

* YouTube Video channels;

  http://whywontgodhealamputees.com/forums/index.php?topic=2078

* Blogs;

  http://planetatheism.com

* TV programs;

  http://www.atheist-experience.com -- TV program out of Austin TX with many back episodes

* Audio;

I've got a boatload of podcasts/RSS feeds if you listen to that stuff.  Let me know what you're interested in, and I'll be glad to offer recommendations.
Smart people believe weird things because they are skilled at defending beliefs they arrived at for non-smart reasons. --Michael Shermer

The history of religion is a long attempt to reconcile old custom with new reason, to find a sound theory for an absurd practice.  --Sir James George Frazer

Yet another compliment!   ;D  Definitely better than some of the emails we get like this new one:  http://whywontgodhealamputees.com/forums/index.php?topic=2772.0

If you would like to, you could sign up here at the forums and talk with like-minded people.  Also, if you have any suggestions for the expansion of GodIsImaginary.com, you can post them here:  http://whywontgodhealamputees.com/blog/?p=287#comments  FYI, You don't need to register to post on the blog.

Without completely derailing this email message my personal favorite email is this one:
http://whywontgodhealamputees.com/forums/index.php?topic=1335.0

And there are many more like that one.  A compliment is a rarity around here but is actually becoming more common.

Anyway... To the OP, why don't you sign up with this forum and participate in it?  An intelligent and like-minded person will only add to this site.  And as always, it's free and you can remain completely anonymous according to your own discretion.

That second one is rough....

And the tenth one I remember... just hilarious.

The 12th was my favorite on that list.

Many of those I remember and still some were here before I signed up.  There should be a massive list of the "best-of-the-best" (or "worst-of-the-worst" depending on your position.)  I'm sure there are more than the ones you have GotMooo.  Post that every time a new hate mailer shows up.  ;)
