What believing does for your critical thinking skills:

And those guys are 4000 years ahead of Moses in their thinking.
Nobody says “There are many things that we thought were natural processes, but now know that a god did them.”

I wonder at the process by which we escaped Christian retardation. I suppose it just happens as the standard of living goes up, we can afford to have more scientists.

surprisingly,Christians are much more rational, they at least try to adjust for the science. This pretty much explains why Islam is the fastest rising religion on the planet, men are still in charge and are keeping science on the outside

There was a golden period, before the peaceful Christians kicked the shit out of them. Since then, they have been isolationist, and have refused any knowledge from the Christian empire, because it is well known to be corrupt drivel. They have encouraged their own internal sciences, to little avail.

The record of Christianity, is an idiotic period from 400AD to about 1500. That is hard to match.

Impossible to match. The Christians on the boards would not even view the evil from those years as Christianity, but they sure don't mind taking what is positive from it

"God is just and fair"
*God kills 2.5 million of people he KNEW would turn out like this in the flood*
*Humanity turns bad again, when God knew it would*
We should feel guilty for this.

what happened from 400 -1500?

Christianity ruled. The Roman Empire collapsed. The Dark Ages began. Much fighting and praying for victory, killing, praying and starvation, followed by crusades and prayers, then more crusades and prayers, then more crusades and prayers, then starvation, praying and decreasing population, then Black Death with much praying, then more plague and more praying, then more plague and more praying. This was followed by slightly different praying, and corruption in the church which led to new churches and praying, and alleluia, the world was round, which they hadn't prayed for. The End.
