Your honor, I respectfully submit for equal consideration: V.i.a.g.r.a.* and all other similar meds produced to treat the same medical condition.

If using birth control is against one's religion, these medical interventions must be as well, as there is no medical need to be able to get (have? produce? achieve?) an erection.
