Christian church thieving parasites
« on: March 13, 2014, 01:42:39 PM »

Under chancel repair liability, homeowners living within the parishes of churches built before 1536 can be held liable for costs.

in 2009 Adrian and Gail Wallbank from Warwickshire sold their home after losing an 18-year legal case and being left with costs of £250,000.

In the UK you can purchase insurance to safe guard against chancel liability but still...come on... with the loving caring church surely they wouldn't fuck people over for money?

Nope. Parasites. How can this law still exist in todays modern world ?

No doubt the Vicars of churches suing neighbors for repairs give endless sermons about how the lord will provide.

There is no opinion so absurd that a preacher could not express it.
