The only problem with deism is that Christians tend to see "deist" and then slide that right into "my God and Jesus" ... and we're back to step 1.

So it's kind of like pot: a "gateway drug"!
I stopped believing for a little while this morning. Journey is gonna be so pissed when they find out...

The only problem with deism is ...

That there is no evidence for it whatsoever and thus, it is materially no different from any other religious belief.

I want a t-shirt displaying the definition of creationism in the book Of Pandas and People, before and after it was changed to intelligent design or maybe the statement of Judge E Jones regarding the Dover Trial conclusion.

There has to be some way to make a shirt with cdesign proponentsists on it;

The term "creationists" was changed to "design proponents", but in one case the beginning and end of the original word "creationists" were accidentally retained, so that "creationists" became "cdesign proponentsists".[14]

Quote
The basic metabolic pathways (reaction chains) of nearly all organisms are the same. Is this because of descent from a common ancestor, or because only these pathways (and their variations) can sustain life? Evolutionists think the former is correct, cdesign proponentsists accept the latter view.

I just made a suggestion for a t-shirt here. We could put "cdesign proponentsists" on the back. ;D

I would wear such a shirt because I AM an amputee.

Medically, I was healed in about 6 months, but I have not sprouted a new leg yet, and don't anticipate to do so anytime soon. FWIW most days I can get around pretty well however.

I voted no, but I actually would.  Do you want to buy some car wax?

No, I would...but it needs the ghostbusters logo!

You got it.

P.S. I want to be an illuminati. I want to be a loose cannon moderator with tremendous power, who answers to no one. Put me in coach.

Sorry, Pony, Admin A is already filling this position.

I like you. I think I will ban you last.

You believe evolution and there is no evidence for that. Where is the fossil record of a half man half ape. I've only ever heard about it in reading.

I'd rock an atheist T-shirt. I live in Miami. If I went to South Beach i'd be able to pull chicks with a shirt like that!

I'm still looking for a "Transitional Form" t-shirt.  If not, I'll make one.

I'm going to hold out for a while and buy my WWGHA tshirt at my favorite thrift store for a quarter. $17 is entirely to much money for a stupid tshirt with anything on it.  &)
Imagine gaining favor with "Darwin's"...kind of like praying, huh?

I think I'll pass.  I would buy a "God Is Imaginary" t-shirt though...

I feel the same.  A t-shirt is like a billboard, meant for one way communication.  If you invite just anyone in for a face to face conversation, it is pretty much warranted that you will get stoned.  (And not the good kind...)
