Did you notice something about those?  No matter how realistic they look, they're still just sculptures.

The animatronic stuff at Disney World and other theme parks looks awfully realistic too.  So what?  It simply doesn't have any bearing on your contention that humans were created.
Worldviews:  Everyone has one, everyone believes them to be an accurate view of the world, and everyone ends up at least partially wrong.  However, some worldviews are stronger and well-supported, while others are so bizarre that they make no sense to anyone else.
