On that Worthy Christian forum, there's someone called FresnoJoe involved in a chat about evolution. His responses are why I don't open the door when Christians come calling;

http://www.worthychristianforums.com/topic/161720-science-disproves-evolution/

The other Christians seem to be fine with his responses containing only bible quotes!
Matthew 10:22 "and you will be hated by all for my name’s sake. But the one who endures to the end will be saved." - An example of a clearly demonstrably false biblical 'prophesy'.

The biblical myth of a 6000 year old Earth is proven false by the Gaia satellite directly measuring star age.

I read all pages of this thread (that was boring). I can say that they take the Bible for an evidence against evolution but writing are not an evidence.

I like this passage in the first post by "Pahu" : For example, variations of dogs might blend in with variations of cats.

But if we have some knowledges in taxonomy. We understand that this reflexion is not correct.
Also he must learn more about genetic.

Sources to prove that I'm correct:
1.Dog in Wikipedia : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dog
2.Cat in Wikipedia : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cat
3.Dog in Encyclopædia Britannica : http://global.britannica.com/EBchecked/topic/167647/dog
4.Cat in Encyclopædia Britannica : http://global.britannica.com/EBchecked/topic/168536/domestic-cat
5.Some dictionaries.

FresnoJoe! He is the guy that banned me years ago from that forum.  ;D
It was something about Islamic countries no longer allowed Christians to go door to door to spread the word of Christ because they were being killed. I thought it was a good call to save lives. Nope I was so wrong I was banned!

I can't believe I remember that. Anything useful that I need to remember is instantly forgotten but that is stuck in my head for some reason.

Unfortunately the standard procedure is for non believers to be banned on such forums fairly quickly, at those non believers who debate with any level of vigor.

I read the first 2 sentences then closed the browser.

Quote
If evolution happened, one would expect to see gradual transitions among many living things. For example, variations of dogs might blend in with variations of cats.

Thanks to Median , Nam and Energized for the share.
I read a thread in French language from http://www.christianforums.com called "Combien des chretiens ici ont-lu les écritures de Richard Dawkins ?" [The title is in a bad French therefore I will translate this in a bad English] by WorshipBassist. Translation of the topic's name : How many of Christians here read the writing of Richard Dawkins ?

In these links an user wrote under the pseudonym of Hugenot some stupidities because he tried to refute the evolution theory.

Link  1 : http://www.christianforums.com/t7326423-4/
Link 2 : http://www.christianforums.com/t7326423-5/

I will quote ten of them.

Link 1:
Someone already prove the non-existence of God ? This argument is stupid because the scientists don't care about his existence or not like the science don't study the metaphysical domain.
Someone already prove the non-veracity of the Bible ? Yes because the evolution theory is true. Also there are many contradictions. Ex : 2sam 23:8 and 1chron 11:11.
3.Comment sait on ce qui est vrai? How we know what is true ? this is a philosphical question very complex but with the science this is more simple hypothesis > experience to comfirm the hypothesis > theory > verification > this theory must be improve like all theories but it is correct.
4.Est-ce que toute science est évolution? All sciences is evolution ? If you would like to say that the science evolve yes this is a case. But there are no link with the evolution theory because this is not the same thing except that we find news evidences about the evolution theory each day.
Where are from the laws , like the gravity law etc if the evolution theory is true ? Who create these laws ? The evolution theory is in the biological domain and the gravity law is in the physical science domain. Therefore there are no link.

Link 2 :
How the planets , the moon , the sun and the stars were formed ? The evolution theory don't explain things in physical science. The evolution theory explain the evolution of species in biology.
How the clouds were transformed in stars ? the clouds appeared after the stars because the earth was formed after the stars.
If the man appeared there are 2.5 billions of years , why there are not hundred of billions humans on earth ? What can you define like humans ?
If the evolution is true, why we don't find millions of skeletons everywhere on the earth ? Some of them are under the soil and others are in the waters also the majority are decomposed with the time.
Hiroshima created benefical mutations ? It was a nuclear attack and a nuclear attack is not a natural phenomenon.

A few.  It was several years ago that I attempted to discuss on xtian forums.  Their level of intellectual dishonesty is staggering.

I can't post on strictly religious forums anymore. I used to debate xtians on mixed forums, fora?, but after 10 years it's "i've seen this all before". But occasionally someone brings a new risiculous claim worth a chuckle.

How many of those have you been banned from?

Some Christian websites, when finding out you're not Christian (or the type they like) won't ban you but will restrict your listing abilities and movement on their website, and if you say one thing they deem offensive, no matter how minuscule or that they would allow themselves to say, they'll restrict you so much on their website that it was like you were banned without you actually being banned.

I've banned from 90% of all Christian forums I've joined without saying one thing that could be deemed offensive. The rest I have been restricted with little movement until I truly convert my sinful ways.

There were a few that allowed atheists but I found they were only allowed, basically, in the guest section (non-members).

I have found many (or most) Christian forums are not inviting to non-Christians. I have had better welcome at Muslim websites than Christian ones.

I tried looking for Jewish ones but they are few and far between, and at times more sensitive than Christian websites.
