Is it possible to add hyperlinks to my signature?

Yes, you can add them to your signature via Bulletin Board Code

Note that depending on the forum settings some code might be limited (I think there are ways for admins to set limits on the number of urls and number of smilies), but in general you should be able to do it.  Also some forums have rules about what kinds of urls are allowed in sigs (such as offsite advertising), so make sure you brush up on them first.

Scroll down to the url code, copy/paste it, replace the sample url with yours, replace "text or more BBC" with the display text.
