A trip over the edge

I know I often note whenever somebody thanks god that they are alive (or at least is quoted as saying such), but this woman only described herself as "blessed to be alive". God is not mentioned.

Woman who survived Chesapeake Bay Bridge car plunge describes swim to safety

For some, a drive across the Chesapeake Bay Bridge is a harrowing experience


It's either progress or the writers chose to avoid the quote. Either way, yay!

Oh my, isn't that SPECial.  Now I wonder who would be doing the blessing, hmmm?  Is it GOD?!?!   ;)
