Is Arizona joining the Secular Progressive Movement?

Sure does seem like it by electing law makers such as Juan Mendez (my new hero).  I don't live in AZ, but if this guy was running for President of the United States, he'd get my vote!

He would be a refreshing change. Arizona has been slipping into the dark ages lately, and it would be nice if someone could reverse the process before its too late.
If we ever travel thousands of light years to a planet inhabited by intelligent life, let's just make patterns in their crops and leave.
