When I was a kid I used to pray every night for a new bicycle. Then I realised that the Lord doesn't work that way so I stole one and asked Him to forgive me.

And John the 23rd.  Amazing how popes can be saints but there you go...2 in a very short time.  Still does not do much for hungry kids in poor parts of the world or amputees.
Yo, put that in your pipe and smoke it.  Quit ragging on my Lord.

Tide goes in, tide goes out !!!

Such a good example of faith in DA LAWD.
The truth is absolute. Life forms are specks of specks (...) of specks of dust in the universe.
Why settle for normal, when you can be so much more? Why settle for something, when you can have everything?
We choose our own gods.

^^Where did you get this? I'd love to get that on a tee. There is a website http://www.despair.com/
that has a lot of business and corporate oriented products like this but nothing like this.

I was joking (in the sense that my comment was in jest, even though the information was true). Hence the smiley.

The JP II sainthood announcement was just a formality...  JP II's saintly nave in the Vatican has been in place for a while now (I was there in May, and it looked quite complete).
There is no opinion so absurd that a preacher could not express it.
