The day we can grow our own part for transplant will be a great day.  So many people on waiting lists...most die waiting.

That's why I had a kid. I'm probably going to need a new liver at some point.
Actually it doesn't. One could conceivably be all-powerful but not exceptionally intelligent.

There's no stopping this, due to the importance, but the ethics debate is sure to get crazy.  Watch the U.S. House of Representatives for the crazy.
