Just watched a special on PBS about a scientist who has tracked DNA back to the 1st humans coming out of Africa. It led him to a guy in Kazastand who's blood has all the markers e was looking for. His line is responsible for those in Russia, Europe, North and South America, India, and Northern Euroasia. 2000 generations and 40,000 thousand years ago. Pretty amazing stuff. And I only got in on a part of the program.
