About Chapter 5: http://whywontgodhealamputees.com/god5.htm

That was the miracle of modern science - induced coma, antiviral drugs, and excellent supportive care to keep her breathing during the coma

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Milwaukee_protocol
Giese was given a mixture of [wiki]ketamine[/wiki] and [wiki]midazolam[/wiki] to suppress [wiki]brain activity[/wiki], and the [wiki]antiviral drugs[/wiki] [wiki]ribavirin[/wiki] and [wiki]amantadine[/wiki], while waiting for her [wiki]immune system[/wiki] to produce [wiki]antibodies[/wiki] to attack the [wiki]virus[/wiki]. Giese was brought out of the coma after six days, once signs of the immune system's progress became apparent.

No.  We received two separate emails referencing the same material within the space of a couple of days or so of each other from two different people.  Not sure whether that's a coincidence or whether perhaps the two letter writers know each other, but in any event, no, this is not a duplicate.

What are they even talking about? I can't watch videos on my phone. Well, I can but it doesn't complete the connection.
