Is not this an example of God healing an amputee:

Isn't that the one where the guy ends up with a white leg and a black leg?  Thats some creative amputee healing there by god.  Like a twist ice cream cone.
Yo, put that in your pipe and smoke it.  Quit ragging on my Lord.

I guess I shouldn't be surprised that believers will believe anything, but it is still discouraging. When your only critical thought ever is "Hmmm, I think Jesus was probably whiter than that", you're not doing it right.

Let's also not forget that there are hundreds of thousands of amputees around the world - maybe even millions?  So, did a miracle really occur for this one person?  And if so, what about everyone else?  Were they not sufficiently deserving of a miracle as well?  Not even one more person?  Please...

17th century documents. Wow! Next thing you know they'll be referencing that Eddie Murphy film (Trading Places, I think) where he had no leg one second, and then he did another second.

Damn, I thought the OP said "The Miracle of Canada," and I was very curious to read about the amazing stuff going on up North!  :(

Only thing that's amazing about Canada is that they haven't been conquered by the US. Got to get rid of those borders, you know?

Sure we have.  Just not militarily.

Try it, and we'll activate our sleeper agents. Millions of teen girls  with Beiber fever, hordes of Trekkies speaking. In. Shatneresque cadences, a veritable avalanche of men under the Baywatch banner, all will rise under our command.

The zombie uprising doesn't necessarily have to be of the undead.

I have an aunt who is Canadian, she's 6'5". She's been in the US since the 1970's, so, I guess we can just use turncoats here in the US against their former countrymen.

Kind of like that South Park episode where they send in the blacks first. We can send in the turncoat Canadians in first. The y won't know what hit them!
