A couple of observations...
The team runs through the banner, defacing the verse as they do. Is this xian? It would seem more appropriate to have them run through some atheist quote, but gee... a strange practice of supposed xians regarding their own holy word? I'm shocked.
Anything pretty, unattainable women want to do always gets a pass from me, because I'm shallow and easily manipulated.
I don't care an awful lot about this kind of thing. If Tebow is allowed to supplicate himself to his lord after a touchdown, I would chalk this one up as one of the many incursions of xianity into public life. This will only stop when football players, fans and cheerleaders no longer care enough to make jesus and issue about everything. It will be a long wait, I'm afraid.
