Not getting email notifications of PM's

I'm no longer receiving email notifications of PM's other users send to me. I checked my settings, and I should be getting them.

I haven't gotten a PM (except for one bit of semi-spam about a year ago) since February of 2011. I didn't know PMs on this site were active enough that anyone would notice not getting a notification for a few days. Guess I'm out of the loop   :'(
