Be prepared to be disappointed friend.  Its good that you are willing to try, but realize that many people when bombarded with "facts" tend to retreat into the comfortable "faith zone"; and reason and logic cannot penetrate the faith zone.  If nothing else you may plant the seed that will shoot out later... or really piss off some friends.
