The court let stand Trunk’s Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals victory declaring unconstitutional the 43-foot “Mt. Soledad Easter Cross” planted atop San Diego’s Mount Soledad Public Park... one of the longest-running Establishment Clause cases in U.S. history.
Next thing you know they will uphold Obamacare.
