Upcoming End of The World
« on: June 24, 2012, 06:16:18 PM »
The next "End of The World" date is approaching.  It is this coming Sat. (June 30th).  Can't remember the prophet who spoke of this one.  Who can keep track.  Anyhow, if we miss this one there is not another one until Dec. 21st, 2012.  So, get yourselves prepared this week.  The end is near.  Again !!!
Yo, put that in your pipe and smoke it.  Quit ragging on my Lord.

I just want the world to end without religion.

The next "End of The World" date is approaching.  It is this coming Sat. (June 30th).

Whoa, what a relief for me. My sister's birthday is July 3nd and I have no idea what to get her. Happy birthday. sis, the world is no more. That's what you always wanted, right? Perhaps I will have god sign the card also.

I just want the world to end without religion.

Not me. The religious nutjobs claiming the world will end at such and such a date (forgetting that fine passage in Mark 13:21) makes it all much more interesting and entertaining.

I mean, eventually the world will end but when it does life on earth will have died out long before.

On a side note I was at Barnes and Noble the other day and it was pretty crowded. I went to the bathroom and came out and it appeared that everyone had left. I was seriously concerned that I had missed some sort of second coming. You have no idea how concerned I was...............  &)

EDIT: Here's an article about the dude who's claiming the world will end June 30th.
http://www.globalpost.com/dispatch/globalpost-blogs/weird-wide-web/120503/group-claims-end-the-world-coming-june-30

Turns out he is Jesus (according to him) . So we have no reason to doubt him (according to him)

It's a bit of a contradictio in terminis ... but we urgently need an app to keep track of all these ends of the world!

End of the world? More like the end of my sanity.

Bloody end of the world prophets. If they want the world to end so badly, they should just all go and jump off a cliff. Because their Self Projection As God is of an omnipresent deity, they will technically be killing an omnipresent being that is everything, and ending the world.

That's the only way it'll happen.

I want to know when the STFU moment has passed.

I know that the 2012 Maya thing has had a lot of people jumping on the usual xian bandwagon, but I want to know, from a xian POV, what's the big date; the one their most trusted profits point to, so when it comes and goes, we can all just say to any end-time xian:  STFU!

I'm so tired of this crap.

Really? I think it's hilarious. I've already made a mental list of people I know who believe in the whole 2012 myth, just so I can laugh my ass off at them when it's 2013.

21st December 2012, mark it in your calendar and don't forget to buy a hat to gloat in.

Also, here's a Christian view on the up-coming doom.

First, Mrs Dr Rexella Vam Impe says at 01:03 "before we get into answering some of those questions, and even before the humor..."   I thought those questions WERE the humor.

So the upshot is that if the tribulations don't start in 2012, we can finally call 'bull shit' on this nonsense?

"Oh, isn't this an exciting time to be alive"  You know Rexella... You salivating over this worries me most of all. You and your death cult are either doing nothing to make the world better (because that might delay your Lord from coming) or trying to make things worse to speed the process along.  You and your ilk are the worst bunch of people I've seen in my life time.  Next to you, the 'red menace' was no more threatening than a toddler with safety scissors.  I despise you and those like you.  Please die soon so that maybe the rest of us can work for a better world, you air waster... you dried up piece of doody.  Oh, and tell that snake oil salesman nutcase husband of yours to do the same.

It's been a long while since I've watched these jokers.  Even when I was a xian they creeped me out

Probably to ensure that his followers will believe in his divinity on faith, rather than having evidence or something like that.   &)
