Religion on YouTube
« on: June 13, 2012, 10:13:21 AM »
This should be...well...oh, boy.

There is so much interesting material on atheism on YouTube.  If you don't mind, I'd like to make a permanent dumping thread of YouTube gems that relate to religion.  I have a couple that I'd like to share.  If you're stuck, go look through DarkMatter2525's channel.  Here are two of my favorites.  The first one is silly, while the second one is a bit more serious.

This one is a clip that Richard Dawkins did for Reddit.

GEORGE CARLIN QUOTES

"It's a divine plan. What's the use of being God if every run-down schmuck with a two-dollar prayer book can come along and fuck up your plan?"

"In any decently run universe, this "God" guy would have been out on his all-powerful ass a long time ago."

All three vids are a hoot. I liked 'em all but the Dawkins one gave me the most laughs.

Thanks, laughing is therapeutic.

Found a great Youtuber named GrapplingIgnorance through DarkMatter2525's channel.  Can't stop looking through his videos.  The first video below is DarkMatter2525 telling the story of GI (and explaining why he hides his face).  The second video is by GI in regards to what atheists believe.  The third is a soothing poem.
