I didn't get the "Resource Limit" error message, but I did refresh at the same time and got a delay of some three minutes or so before the page actually refreshed.

One of the problems may well be the sheer volume of posts that are on WWGHA. Wholesale deletion of posts, say pre-2009 might help.

I experienced this issue several times last night around 9ish and then again today around 10ish. I didn't know about this thread or I would have written down better data.
