Please Help - Log Resource Limit Problems

I need to know the times when the forum gets a Resource Limit message during the day so the site owner can figure out the next step with the hosting Co.

The website is temporarily unable to
service your request as it     exceeded resource limit.     Please
try again later.        

Please log any times you observe this in this thread after you can get back online. Don't duplicate reports, i.e., if John says I got a message at 10:53 I don't need Sue to then say she also got the message too. We know everybody gets the message at a given time if one person gets it.

One report for every 5 minutes is enough.

One Above All:
I can set an add-on I have to log changes in a certain page, to check for that. However, it will only work as long as my browser is open (obviously), and I'm not sure if it will work correctly after the first change.
EDIT: Done. It's going to check the "Who's Online" page (specifically the text that says "Who's Online", to avoid false positives) every five minutes for changes.
