well, I just tried to look at Bayes Theorem and gave my self a brain ache.  I hope the write up about the book is true in that Carrier can explain it simply  :)

Thanks for the link. I knew Carrier was working on an indictment of the entire "historical Jesus studies" genre, but I didn't know the book had already come out. Based on Carrier's online writings, and sample sections on Amazon, this book is going right to the top of my "must-read" list...
