Back from my brief hiatus
« on: February 21, 2012, 11:15:28 AM »
Hey, all!  You may have noticed that I've been MIA for a few days -- I went to a convention this weekend called Farpoint, just north of Baltimore, and had a wonderful time.  Got to spend some time with my friend Janine and made a few new friends as well, met Kate Vernon, Kristin Bauer, and Michael Hogan, who were the guests of honor, and participated in some fun and interesting discussion panels.  We also had some good costumes this year, including some very attractive women who appeared as the reimagined BSG's "Number Six" in the infamous platinum blonde wig and red dress, the Silk Spectre from "Watchmen" (yipe!), and Catwoman wearing a catsuit that would turn even the most noble man's heart to a life of crime.  The Penguin and Two-Face, among others, also made appearances, and their costumes were very impressive as well.  Photos can be posted after I get home this evening if anyone is interested.

Meanwhile, however, I need to continue catching up at work -- today's projects are going to include testing some new remote deployments of patches and drivers.  Whee!  :^)

My liberal heart is envious. My conservative heart wouldn't be caught dead dressed like that.  :o

I'm really disappointed.. I was expecting a more or less nude catwoman with great knockers out to yar.  :-\

happily, no woman has the anti-gravity boobs as big as her head that comic book artists would like to imagine.

Too easy, vel.  I don't want to devolve this thread into the chauvinist thread, so I'm letting that obvious softball go by.

They need shoes to go from the bedroom to the kitchen?
