- You should be reasonably civil when responding to the mail posted here. There is no need to flame the OP. "Reasonably civil" should be a common sense judgment call. If you cross the line, a moderator will step in.
- The words posted are not the Moderator's. They are simply delivering the messages.
- Each person who sends a message to the mailbag receives a response with a link to his/her thread, so yes, they have the opportunity to see it. It is entirely up to him/her whether he/she will join the forum to take part in the discussion.
