Why is everyone so anti bigfoot?
« on: September 30, 2008, 05:36:35 PM »
Why does bigfoot keep getting used as this "crazy" can't be true methapor? I'm not sure if it exists or not but I've seen footage from people I'd consider sane, no exploitive, non proffiting people. (Note, I've also seen a lot of footage from nutjobs, people tyring to sell stuff, and absolute crazies).

I don't know even why, I'm just curious why so negative on something that isn't that far fetched.

*Note I'm not asking to go into the evidence, there's a lot both ways. I'm just wondering about the general negativity.

I don't hate Bigfoot!  Lol.  I haven't really seen much hostility towards him, except in those jerky commercials...
I think he is very likely to be real, if that matters at all in this thread.

Viable breeding populations are several thousand individuals.  Anything below that and you start to get problems associated with inbreeding.

If several thousand large creatures were running around, someone by how should have noticed some physical evidence.
