A new change to the permissions was implemented this morning. New members cannot start any new topics or polls. They must contribute 3 posts before they have this permission. The following notice was placed into the registration agreement -
Notice 3: You will be required to post a minimum of three (3) times to any existing topic(s) to gain the permission granting you the ability to start a new topic/poll or send Private Messages.
Please help answer any questions from new members regarding why they cannot start a new topic.
