But who will buy the Vatican? If someone can buy the Vatican why not just call them out to feed the hungry? I have the answer. American Athesit: Raise the cash to buy the Vatican. Begin buy selling your offices! Then, forget the Vatican, just feed the hungry!

Is the Catholic Church a force for good in the world?

If somebody commits adultery (millions of us DO!), should it be considered as “natural” or a new way of “LOVE”…as Mr Fry claimed homosexuality to be!!
This is what is all about, we want GOD and the church to approve all our fancies… and thier consequences.

    Excellent example of hyperbole.

So you compare homosexuality to the gross betrayal of adultery. Why? What does sexual preference have to do with the breaking of one’s word? I see no comparison there at all.

I have my doubts, but perhaps you can enlighten us.

Why is breaking your word wrong or even adultery wrong? Its not breaking any laws……seems to be a perfectly legit comparison.

Well, I guess now I know what kind of a person I’m talking to.

You really don’t see anything wrong with adultery, which requires breaking one’s word.

I don’t see how any explanation I could give you would help. You kind of need empathy to understand, and from what you’ve said it doesn’t appear that you have any.

But I’ll try. Homosexuality does not hurt anyone, aside from the societal persecution the homosexual is subject to. Adultery, on the other hand, often causes great pain and suffering.

So, on one hand no suffering, on the other hand suffering.

    I still find no comparison.

How about mom and Dad and brothers and sisters or the former spouse who are hurt by the lifestyle of homosexuality? How about the homosexuals who bounce from partner to partner?

You don’t seem to think things through.
