Red states tend to have more deplorable behavior

Interesting infographic from the New York Times showing that red states tend to subscribe to more porn sites than blue states. Red states also have higher teen birth rates and divorce rates:

Divorce rates, birth rates and porn subscription rates, red vs. blue states

If red states are more religious than blue states, why would this be?

I guess the atheists try extra hard to be bad in those states.

Surely Satan must be more active in the Red States as that is where his enemies are. It is a Sign from the Lord of how much more Holy the Red States are compared to the godless Blue States.

What’s so deplorable about watching porn?

    This is silly.

Mississippi, a “red” state has the highest teen pregnancy rate–but is it the Obama or McCain voters and their children who are responsible? Blacks voted almost unanimously for Obama, whites obviously voted on balance for McCain. But blacks have over twice the rate of teenage pregnancy relative to whites.

What about the other states then?

What about ‘em? Nationally, blacks and Hispanics, about the most reliable Democratic party demographics, have much higher teen pregnancy rates, than whites, and much, much higher rates of teen STDs. The information is in the link I provided.

But the whole post is foolish, the graphic merely shows that the NYTs is a hyper-partisan moon-bat paper, the notion that that morality of a political party can be determined by selected statistics of divorce, etc, by who won the majority of electoral votes is idiotic.

To extrapolate that further and imply that it is the religious who are being “deplorable” is, well, deplorable.

To claim the only state we need look at to settle this is Mississippi is entirely wrong.
