Atheist Pocket Debater

A handy reference guide (in the form of an Apple App), and also a nice way to remind yourself of the silliness of religion:

Atheist Pocket Debater

“Atheist Pocket Debater is an excellent and useful tool for Atheists and Skeptics.” – Michael Shermer, Skeptic Magazine

    • You know, the debate will continue with no finality and no proof, There is just one thing that is not debatable and there is really no way of getting around it: GOD’S EXISTANCE CAN NEVER BE PROVEN OR DISPROVEN; THAT’S WHY ITS CALLED FAITH! So, if we live our lives with our head in the clouds, waisting an hour on Sunday’s and portraying a “dilusional people by praying to an imaginary God, guess what? We wind up no different than Atheists. We don’t live any longer or die any sooner. It doesn’t determine how wealthy or how happy we are in life. We all wind up the same, dead, 6 feet under, food for worms. However, if it is true, and God exists, and all the Catholic Church teaches is correct, a believer has Eternity to reap the rewards, while a non-believer has Eternity to suffer the consequences.

It is amazing the atheist paranoia that they must protect themselves from something they claim does not exist with an app. If He does not exist, then why the need? Are the delusional worth such attention?

As a Christian, In would never waste a single bit of memory on arguments against Allah.

Unless you picked the wrong god. If the real god is Quetzlcoatl and not Jesus, then you wasted your life on stupid prayers and believing in bullshit, AND you still go to hell. At least the atheists had fun.

Excellent point. The two groups I meet who most want to talk religion are atheist and clergy. The clergy is understandable. Given a little thought and some consideration of human nature, the atheist are also understandable.

    You confused somethig here!

Atheists do believe god does not exist, but, unfortunately, religions exist! MANY OF THEM!
So we are not trying to protect ourselves from god, but to protect ourselves and our children from stupid, ignorant and arrogant people forcing other people to elieve things without proofs, withput thinking and learning, forcing them to trust something ONLY because another people claim something.

If god addresses to me, I am always open to have some discussion with him. Of course, I (bolded!) will decide whether to accept him/her/it or not, depending what he/she/it have to offer to me.

What organized religions offer is big BS, combined with immorality, fear and hate.
WHY would I trust you or priests? Because you/they claim somwthing?
WHY would’nt I trust adherents to spaghetti monster lead by exactly the same logic religions offer to follow them?
Thank you, it was enogh from you last few thousand years: thousands of religions, no god!

A large segment are really concerned that they may be wrong and their soul is on the line. That is God’s way of keeping them until they wake up to the truth.

As an Atheist, the reason why I like to talk religion is because I used to believe in religion and now I like to point out to people that still believe their delusion and stupidity. It is fun to do that!

Because you know the arguments agains Allah could easyly turn direction without turning subject (except names of gods).

    What would you do THEN!?

    Tell to a muslim:
    „Mine is bigger“?
    „I can spit further“?
„My father is stronger than your father“

I agree with A real-ist and Severin, I used to be a Baptist Christian myself, and religion is a very real force.

The reason atheist continue to harp on something they believe is totally imaginary is because they know deep inside they are wrong. I agree Biff, I never hang out telling Muslims, alien worshipers or Hindu’s how wrong they are. Besides, look at their life as they see it. Live, eat, die, make fun of Christians and rot in ground for eternity.

There is something to look forward to, huh? They even admit God might exist yet they ignore Him. Not exactly utopia, huh?

Really? So I was a Christian believer my whole life until my young adulthood and then woke up to reality of realizing God is imaginary, but deep down inside I know I am wrong. Hmmm….then why didn’t I just stay a Christian believer then? LOL I harp because it is fun to point out to believers that they are wrong.
