The difference between religious and rational people

An interesting way to look at the different values of religious and rational people:

Atheistic liberals ARE smarter, but for a funny reason

But let me offer a slightly less smug and rather simple possible explanation: highly intelligent people are simply playing a different mating strategy, and it’s one that doesn’t go well with being conservative or highly religious.

But whay are atheists smarter?

Why Atheists Are More Intelligent than the Religious

It is a funny article. They attempt to make the case BHO is intelligent. Sneaky? yes A Bully? yes Arrogant? yes but not intelligent.

I’ll take a wise leader such as an Eisenhower over and academic sultan who doesn’t know his butt from a hole in the ground any day any situation.

I would agree that Eisenhower was a better president than Obama so far, because Eisenhower warned about the dangers of the military industrial complex and bloodsucking shitbags like Bush and Cheney, 50 years in advance. While Obama has, in some cases, continued the disastrous policies of Bush, in betrayal of his campaign promises.

Of course, if Eisenhower ran for office today, religious right-wing war profiteering zealots would call him a ‘socialist’ and a traitor, like they did to another decorated war hero, John Kerry.

Tell me he didn’t just compare Kerry to Eisenhower.
LOL, that is absolutely hilarious! Why not compare Ike to a horse. If you study Ike, as I have, he would be in the GOP or a Libertarian. JFK as well.

Obama is a complete and utter failure as a leader, a manager and as a CEO. He has accomplished zero and has zero on his resume’ There should be no surprise. He over promises and delivers zero and then lies in the face of America. He makes carter look serviceable. Homer Simpson would be more effective.

After a bit of a hiatus, I come back looking for a bit of entertainment, and to my utter delight here is the simpleton Lou still spouting off nonsense.

One of the best things about Eisenhower was that he was never baptized until the red-scare lunacy made it an expedient either during, or just before his candidacy.

It is also priceless that our very own world-class and envy of the world LOU has the temerity to claim Obama has nothing on his resume. Lou, you hapless clown, Obama had you beat for life by the time he was 22. That Obama is having to work hard to accomplish anything noble or constructive to save The Republic from the intransigent filth in the Republican party is little wonder. The people who voted the Republicans in are people like you.

Lou, you are probably even so deluded you believe you have enough worth to merit shining John Kerry’s shoes. If they were still in use, you would not have the merit to empty John Kerry’s chamber pot.

Keep it up LOU. We all need a bit of levity from time to time.

I see the dunderhead Hor is posting. What about that bag of inert hot air Xenon? Why do I deprive myself????????

pretty much sorts-out religionists from their betters. Where will one go for the guilty pleasures of Schadenfreude when even the dullest amongst us opens their eyes ever so slightly? I suppose Southern Republicans, like some nasty STD, will never completely go away. Lou, are you a Southern Republican?

Lou we all thank you. I enjoy watching others tick off the elitist twit observer!

Incorrect on Obowma, he has accomplished pissing off the left, the right, Israel and making us a laughing stock in Asia and the Middle East. And he has managed to play golf more than Bush did in 8 years. Let us not forget the best, record high debts!

A pretty full first 1.5 years.

I don’t think Obama needed to make us the laughing stock when Bush already did it before Obama arrived. Wasn’t it Bush that took the most vacation time out of any president before him? Maybe Bush doesn’t like golf because it is too complicated for him. And last, but not least, Clinton had a surplus, Bush created the biggest deficit we have ever had, and now Obama has to try to clean up Bush’s mess. It isn’t an easy task. He can’t wave a magic wand like your God can.

It is fascinating how those who find Bush to be a failure instantly attempt to justify Barrack with the Bush standard. It is a great comparison since they both are colossal failures. The only real question is how much lower will Barrack take our once great nation?

Barrack – that would be spelled BUREBISTA when retort to my disparagement in your afternoon press release.

The only effective and safe government is gridlocked government. Put you GOP candidates in the Congress this November and bring government colossal ineptness to a halt.
