Once your born again you cant be unsaved regardless if you choose to be atheist or not. And their is a true story of a person who lost their finger and he believed so much that it would grow back his finger would grow back and guess what? It did. Finger nail and all. But again you cant be unsaved no matter how much you wish it to be so. So in your opinion your screwed. In my opinion im glad your saved.

What is it with Yahweh and animal/human sacrifices? At some point, sacrificing goats and other livestock were no longer enough, so he decided to sacrifice himself. These stories really do reflect on the culture of the time.

Instead of just forgiving people for their sins, we have to make a big show out of it. Apparently our ancestors believed we couldn’t forgive someone without someone else suffering as a result. Weird rationalizations. Truly not all loving or merciful either.

Also, I would rather Christians keep the story to themselves. For if I know about Christ and can’t accept him I will go to hell. But if I never heard of Christ I cannot be penalised and will go to heaven by default. Isn’t that right?

Nonbelievers are not saints, they are sinners just like the Christians. The only difference is Jesus.

Christians try to define “sin” as falling short of the god’s will. Yet they truly cannot tell you every bit of god’s will. Thus, it can be greatly simplified in definition by realizing that “sin” is anything that is purely selfish in motive.

Well, accepting Jesus is purely selfish. They aren’t doing it for Jesus because being omnipotent, he really doesn’t need them. They aren’t doing it for anyone bit themselves, to save themselves from the suffering we nonbelievers face. In fact, we are the selfless ones in reality. We have this great eternity ahead of us, and we say “no”.

So when it comes down to the nitty-gritty, nonbelievers are the saints and Christians are the sinners.

This is borderline retarded. Have you ever heard of the scientific method? And on that note, christianity doesn’t take responsibilities for its failures (and there are a whole, damn lot of them.)

As for seeing god heal people, were any of them amputees?

The rest is just special pleading, and “You weren’t a TrueChristian, unlike me.”
