In the first place, I read “stoning to death” in the Bible, NOT “punishment”. How would YOU know that it means something different than it was written?

From your #219 I understand that you understand that people should have been “punished” (you said “suffer”) in case they “left” their god (“turn away from his god and his teachings …).
You obviously JUSTIFY ripping pregnant women and dashing babies’ heads as “punishment” for “turning from his god …”

Then, I am asking you directly, WHY, at all, should a lady who sleeps with someone else but his husband, be punished?

I never punished my daughter when she was “disobedient”. I almost always TALKED to her, and told her I disagree with her opinion or her intentions, but if she DID what she planned, SHE will be responsible and suffer the consequences.
She is today an extremely responsible human being, and she thanks me for learning her responsibility for their decisions.
