You must be referring to lawsuits filed over teaching creationism and ID in the public schools. FYI, dumb-ass, The SOCUTUS ruled that it’s unconstitutional to teach creationism as science in public schools, and lower courts ruled similarly about ID. If theists would simply follow the law of the land, then there wouldn’t be any such lawsuits. Ironically, the only countries in the world who are still left behind on this issue are the U.S and some Islamic fundamentalist countries.
