Critcisms of this nature do not stem from what you likely consider “personal attacks” on your deity. It’s the foolish idiocy of someone pushing one religious agenda over all others…and in a country as diverse as the USA to boot. For example, If he was in the habit of saying “Praise Allah”, how would you react? I can guess.

Perhaps Justme would like to consider how her endorsement of Tebow brings disrespect to her god. If one existed, I can’t imagine any god would be pleased with Justme openly applauding someone who disobeys his commandments with such a cavalier and disrespectful attitude.

You should disapprove of Tebow’s actions because they bring ridicule and criticism upon your religion fantasy. Anybody in the US can “love god” without doing it during a secular event such as an NFL football game. He can save his holy hosannas for Sunday church. Oh wait, Tim plays a game for millions of dollars on Sunday rather than attend taxpayer subsidized church.

After they beat the Steelers, all the attention was on the 316 coincidences, with many people claiming they were put there by god. Really? Wouldn’t a more convincing display of god be that Tebow put-up Brady’s stats in last night’s game rather his actual dismal performance?

Yeah, god can part the Red Sea for Moses, but he can’t end a measly drought in Texas.

So when Tebow does well, it is god’s divine intervention, but when he doesn’t, it is god deciding it isn’t his time and that Tebow is still a great guy. They always have an excuse rather than realizing that there is no god intervention at all.
