marijuana is nasty, personally never tried it but still- but god isnt is He reall that bad? would you rather jump off a cliff or be in a perfect world? Baseball?

I talked about the fairness of marijuana laws and was chided:

“this isn’t the marijuana blog.”

I guess all these snotty, insulting BASEBALL references are SO MUCH MORE pertinent to the OP.

There is hardly any intelligent conversation on this blog. It’s all too much sniping and name-calling. Does anybody care to actually discuss these issues?

No, I didn’t miss it. The original question was “Which is more popular – church or marijuana?” And “It makes you wonder about the statistics on Christianity in the United States.” The point is to question the validity of the alleged “popularity” of church.

Biff’s “spin,” after “…question is quite juvenile” was “Whats more popular? Christianity or Atheism?” Obviously the former. But really, what’s more popular, church or marijuana? It’s not a “juvenile” question. But Biff’s spin is. What’s “juvenile” about Biff’s “spin” is that theism is “juvenile,” but most people validate their “juvenile” position on the fact that xtianity IS more popular than atheism. That’s two “juvenile” things about theist’s thinking.

Yes, I extrapolated Biff’s original “spin” further than his intended meaning. But not to something that hasn’t been posted here before by theists.
