most athiests only know the 24 part, WELL i intro you to 23— YOU cant have any doubt- see the mountians would jump if you believed in the God that he could help you move them…

Harold Camping’s May 21 Rapture Teachings Deleted From New Family Radio Website

After Harold Camping’s failed rapture prediction made headlines, Family Radio redesigned its website Monday and erased the soothsayer’s writings that warn people of the May 21 Judgment Day.

Shortly after midnight Monday, Family Radio launched an overhaul of its website, removing any mention of Camping’s end of the world predictions.

Gone is the prominent banner on Family Radio’s homepage reading, “Judgment Day, May 21, 2011, The Bible Guarantees It!” Gone is the countdown clock showing how many days left until the predicted rapture.

And gone are the website links to Family Radio’s written, video and audio materials on the May 21 Judgment Day.

Also removed from the main website is Camping’s booklet with the provactive title, “Gay Pride: Planned by God as A Sign of the End.”

Instead of an image of trumpet horns declaring the Last Day, the main page of the new Family Radio website now has a graphic showing the globe, the Family Radio logo wrapped around it, and the Great Commission verse from Mark 16:15, “Go ye into all the world and preach the Gospel unto every creature.”

Exactly.

The media should be reporting how ALL religions have a “Doomsday prophesy” and that ANYBODY that believes them is just as wacky as the “nut jobs” who believed Harold Camping. His prophesy is no different than any found the the so-called Holy Bible. As a Christian, if you believe in the biblical rapture prophesy, then you are just as stupid as the Camping followers that you ridicule.

I was very much amused watching the reporting on the latest Doomsday prophesy. You have all the religious nut jobs commenting on how wacky they think the OTHER religious nut jobs are!
I remember my son relating to me how in freshman year he had a “World Religions” course requirement. They were studying, I think, Scientology, and one of the christian coeds commented, “That isn’t even like a “real” religion! Sounds like somebody just made all that stuff up!”
