No, Jesus WAS a normal human whom people exagerated stories that turned into a myth that people think is real. Jesus died, but you believers think he had risen and still lives as a God. So, yes, he is an imaginary friend now. It is amazing what people believe just because they read it somewhere or people told them about it, when no one has any real evidence of it being true. If Jesus floated down from the heaven in the clouds and we all saw him and could video record him, then yes, he would be real. Speaking of a heaven, why have so many people pictured heaven as being on top of the clouds? Don’t we all know what the clouds are now and how they formed? And when airplaines fly above the clouds, why don’t we see angels playing harps? Hmmmm…..

You never lived in societies in the past, to be able to make a difference. Neither did I, but i am trying to compare situations from reading history.

I am not positive, but it is my impression that today’s modern societies are more “docile” than societies in past.One big argument to this is the fact that atom bomb was never used after the WWII, although there were enough of them to destroy the earth 500 or 1000 times.

If so, it is not thanks to religions or Jesus: it is because people are getting more educated and are voting for less bad people to rule them.

Isn’t someone thinking they have a relationship with Christ considered a relgion? Authentic relationships are with humans, not imaginary friends.
