You only need to speak to those who have been treated by prayer and other studies that have shown the benefits. If someone is doing this for a living then sure they should be compensated. Everyone needs to make a living. Last I checked, American Atheist employees are compensated.

But on the subject of prayer in the health legislation, I fail to see why it should be included when almost every church service I attended as a child insisted that the congregation pray for some nobody’s(who is vaguely related to some church member) well being. It is unchristian to suggest that one should be monetarily compensated for time spent praying for the well being of another.

This only proves how shollow and wrong you are, for one reason why cant you read into words instead of just the words like example….
